Beef Roast Meal in Slow Cooker

3 pound boneless beef chuck roast

1 stalk of celery – cut into 2 inch long pieces

1 tablespoons of fresh parsley leaves – chopped

3 cloves of garlic – minced

3/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoons of freshly cracked black pepper

4 ounces of prepared horseradish

1 cup water

Place vegetables in crock pot. Place beef on vegetables.

Mix butter, parsley, garlic, salt, cracked pepper, and horseradish with single serving water. Pour water mixture through the beef while in the Crockpot.

Cover slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours, or until everything is tender, then serve.
