We all know that all of the people in the world are part of our business world. If not the producer, they are the consumer. And I believe that we all experience what it feels to be a costumer, and it is very annoying when you don’t get the equivalent service on what you pay. And it is very satisfying when you get what you want as a costumer.

So what will happen if there will be no service as telemarketing services? The effect would be very slow in advertising your product, and for the costumers, it will take long for them to know what you are producing. And whenever there are inconveniences the costumer would have to travel for them to acquire solutions to their problem. It would be very difficult for them compared to just calling the costumer service hotline and know the solution for about a minute.
